Meet Our Team
Justin Estvold
CEO
Justin Estvold is the Chairman and CEO of FT3 and a founding investor in FT3 Mining as well as its Executive Chairman. Previously, Justin served as Chief Financial Officer at multiple private equity-owned software companies backed by investors including Vista Equity Partners, Marlin Equity Partners, FTV Capital, and Francisco Partners. He also built and ran the 13-market Asia-Pacific business for Microsoft Advertising’s alliance with Yahoo!, then built Microsoft Advertising’s Sales Excellence and Readiness organization for its $7B global advertising business.
Austin Dunn
General Counsel
Austin Dunn is the General Counsel of FT3 Management and CEO of FT3 Media. Previously, Austin worked as a corporate associate at Paul Hastings LLP with a primary focus on M&A/private equity as well as restructuring. Austin graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelors in Political Science and Masters in Public Diplomacy. Austin then attended Notre Dame Law School and is licensed to practice law in Illinois with pending admission in North Dakota and Arizona.
